Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Send update of RM inventory
  • Create PR (local)
  • Create PR form from LP site
  • Fill up the PR slip, check the data required (last PO date, average consumption, soh, remarks)
  • Factory Supplies Inventory Control
  • Checking of stocks below critical level Verifying the items that reached critical level data given by from Factory Supplies
  • Checking actual and check the data required (last PO date, average consumption, soh, remarks)
  • Coordinate with warehouse if we have enough stocks
  • Rawmats Replenishment
  • Calculate the item to be replenish
  • Gather the data (Outstanding order for retail/Sales, In transit, critical level)
  • Send Requisition to RM Whse. for initial assessment of RM to be prepared
  • Organizing Whse. Administrative Documents (OT, LOA, Change Sched)
  • Gathering of filed documents a. Get all filed documents. Synchronized based on date and approval. Log all the documents.
  • Consumption Journal
  • Get the Release PO reference number. Calculate the consumption. Edit based on the actual. Print copies. Send copies to RM Whse., Production and Planner.
  • Receive confirm transferred stocks. Check and edit on any changes based on actual received. Creation of PO for Rawmats.
  • Extract Inventory on NAV
  • Check the RM produced below critical level.
  • Create PO for RM need to produced on Whse.
  • Verifying OS Stocks
  • Assist on CBM Project
  • Rack Labeling

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineer graduate is desirable but other courses can be considered provided with longer experience in handling Inventory Control in a manufacturing industry.
  • Must have above average computer skills.
  • Knowledgeable in using word and excel. Able to quickly learn new software package.
  • Possess knowledge of various tasks involved in inventory management. Knows pending orders and the reason for these orders being pending.
  • Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to to handle pressure
