About the role

As the Visual Display and Design Manager, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging displays that captivate our customers and showcase our retail offerings in the most appealing way. This is a full-time position based in Iloilo City.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience for our customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to keep our mall's visual presentation fresh and on-brand
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our target market and customer preferences to inform your design decisions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align visual displays with promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in visual display and design, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry
  • Proven track record of creating visually striking and effective in-store displays
  • Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and spatial planning
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
