Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Copywriter with a proven track record in creating persuasive and high-converting content for websites, sales landing pages, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a flair for words, understands the psychology of sales, and can adapt tone and messaging across industries and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling website content that communicates brand stories and enhances user experience.
  • Craft persuasive sales landing page copy designed to convert visitors into leads or customers.
  • Develop advertising copy for digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure copy aligns with visuals and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to tailor messaging effectively.
  • Optimise copy for SEO while maintaining natural, persuasive language.
  • Test and iterate copy based on campaign performance and A/B testing insights.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to write persuasive and high-performing website and advertising copy.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion copywriting, and audience psychology.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimisation.
  • Excellent command of English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.
  • Exposure to AI writing tools and the ability to refine machine-generated drafts into polished copy.
