Preferably with a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or related field

having at least 3-5 years experience as Outlet or Food and Beverage Supervisor

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service.

  • Recruitment and training of staff.
  • Shift scheduling.
  • Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Purchase and control of inventory.
  • Monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
  • Process customer complaints patiently
  • Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
  • Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
  • Track and order shipments
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
  • Adhere to food, health and safety standards
  • Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
  • Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
  • Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing the promotion and future events / functions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php25,000.00 per month
