Accounting Manager

a. Responsible in Administering Performance Management System in the division.
b. Oversees general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as Balance Sheets and Profit-and-Loss Statements and other reportial requirements.
c. Manages the preparation, recording, analyzing and reporting of accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with general accepted accounting principles.
d. Reviews, analyzes, plans and forecasts expenses for dealers in charge
e. Manages the strategic and tactical activities of the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with all company and governmental requirements, laws and regulations.
f. Develops and implements new or change existing processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies and eliminate redundancies.
g. Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to the Accounting supervisors and staffs.
h. Approves invoices and related documents prior to release of vehicle units.
i. Approves vouchers before check preparation.
j. Proper monitoring of Product Costing (Landed Cost of Importation) to ensure profitability.
k. Prepares proposal for adjustments report for any misstatement noted while in the process of review.
l. Review and Approves BIR tax returns and other statutory requirements. Make sure to file and paid before due date.
m. Undertakes self- improvement initiatives to promote continuing professional growth and personal development.
