HIRING: Cost Engineer

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:50 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Engineer to join our team at the Head Office in Alabang. The role involves managing cost-related activities, including project close-out, change orders, and cost monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all change orders, including facilitation and monitoring
  • Perform project close-out and documentation
  • Support cost management activities across project phases
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost reporting
  • Other tasks related to the role, to be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering or any related course
  • At least 1 year of work-related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Planswift
  • Knowledgeable in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) cost engineering
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Location:

Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila

This position is for immediate hiring.

This position is under Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
