Employee shall serve as the 'Sales and Marketing Coach' of the company and set up / manage the said operations in the Philippines as per applicable regulations in the Philippines. In this capacity, the employee shall have such duties, authorities, and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities, and responsibilities of persons insimilar capacities which include but are not limited to the following:

i. Sales and Strategic Planning: (a) Create strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior

management to align with company goals; (b) Provide accurate sales forecasts based on

data and market trends; (c) Establish realistic sales targets for teams and individuals.

ii. Sales Force Effectiveness and Reporting:

(a) Monitor key performance indicators to measure sales success; (b) Generate regular performance and market trend reports for

management; (c) Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

iii. Sales Support & Training: (a) Coordinate training programs to improve the sales team's skills; (b) Ensure the sales team has necessary resources and support; (c) Address operational issues affecting sales activities.

iv. Distribution & Supply Chain/Inventory Management: Manage the distribution & inventory levels to ensure that there are enough goods on hand to meet demand without excess, which can tie up capital and storage space. Inventory reconciliation of all the distributors and on time payment collection from them.

v. Collaboration and Communication: (a) Work with other departments to align and support sales initiatives; (b) Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors; (c) Support the sales team in managing key customer relationships.

vi. Diagnostic Business Operation: To launch the diagnostic Business division of the company with complete P & L responsibility.

vii. Compliance and Regulatory: (a) Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and industry standards; (b) Promote and enforce ethical sales practices within the team.
