Key Responsibilities:

· Perform and document comprehensive physical exams and patient histories.

· Assess patient health status by reviewing histories, symptoms, and conditions.

· Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic tests.

· Develop and implement individualized treatment and medication plans according to state laws and medical guidelines.

· Prescribe medications and administer procedures or injections as needed.

· Provide health promotion education, preventive care, and counseling to patients and families.

· Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for case management and continuity of care.

· Maintain patient records accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

· Participate in quality improvement, clinical guideline development, and continuing education.

· Advocate for patient needs and ensure adherence to patient confidentiality (HIPAA).

· Occasionally handle minor medical procedures such as laceration repair.

Skills and Competencies:

· Strong clinical knowledge including anatomy, pharmacology, diagnostics, and patient care techniques.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency with electronic medical records.

· Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

· Teamwork and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

· Compassionate patient-centered care approach.

Education and Certification Requirements:

· Advanced NP training (e.g., MSN or DNP) from an accredited program.

· Current Nurse Practitioner certification (e.g., FNP-C or relevant specialty).

· State licensure and DEA registration to prescribe medications.

· Current CPR certification required.

Work Environment:

· Fast-paced clinical settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, or telehealth.

· Interaction with diverse patient demographics.

· Potential exposure to infectious materials and bodily fluids.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php28,000.00 per month
