Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and support ETL workflows using SSIS to manage and transform data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate on integrating NetSuite ERP data with both internal and cloud-based systems.
  • Develop and maintain data models and OLAP cubes within Azure Analysis Services for analytics and reporting.
  • Create and optimize data warehouse and data mart solutions for scalable and reliable data delivery.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather and implement data requirements.
  • Ensure data pipelines are accurate, efficient, and continuously improved through monitoring and optimization.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and governance standards across all data environments.
  • Implement and enforce data security and access control protocols to protect sensitive information.
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related roles.
  • Strong background in SSIS for building and managing complex data workflows.
  • Skilled in integrating NetSuite ERP data using SuiteAnalytics Connect, Saved Searches, or APIs.
  • Proficient in Azure data tools such as Data Factory, Synapse, Analysis Services, and Blob Storage.
  • Solid grasp of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling and Kimball/Inmon methodologies.
  • Advanced SQL skills for optimizing queries and ETL processes.
  • Familiar with building tabular or semantic models in Azure Analysis Services.
  • Experience managing large-scale datasets and improving data performance.
  • Knowledgeable in data privacy, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI visualization platforms.
  • Exposure to ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows is preferred.
  • Industry experience in financial services, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus.
