Our client has been providing innovative financing solutions for emerging companies for over three decades. They provide debt capital for growth stage companies globally, partnering with businesses across the technology, life sciences and healthcare sectors to offer specialized lending solutions beyond what is available from traditional lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.

Build and optimize robust data models to support Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring efficient handling of large datasets.

Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Snowflake).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data structures support effective reporting and analytics needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and security.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions for both backend and frontend needs.

Maintain data governance, documentation, and best practices for both data engineering and visualization processes.

Ensure the integration of various data sources aligns with business objectives and delivers actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.

Strong experience in SQL, ETL development, and database management (SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Snowflake).

Expertise in data engineering principles, including data pipeline development and workflow automation.

Proven experience in developing interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for data storage and processing.

Experience with Fintech-related datasets is a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation is advantageous.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office once a week)

Work Schedule: Dayshift, shifting
