Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor (Downlines) is responsible for managing and supporting all assigned downline accounts or sub-distributors to ensure achievement of sales targets, effective product distribution, and compliance with company sales policies. The role involves close coordination, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of sales execution across all downline areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Monitor and ensure that each downline consistently meets monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze sales trends, performance gaps, and provide action plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Implement marketing programs, trade promotions, and pricing strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify potential new accounts or expansion opportunities in assigned territories.

Downline Management & Support

  • Supervise and guide all downline sales personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings, coaching, and route visits with downline teams.
  • Validate orders, collections, and product movements of downlines.
  • Ensure proper handling of slow-moving, near-expiry, and returnable products.
  • Evaluate and recommend downline accounts for incentives, penalties, or termination based on performance.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for product dispatch, returns, and inventory management.
  • Work closely with accounting for credit limit monitoring, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure proper documentation of sales, returns, and adjustments.
  • Implement and monitor adherence to company pricing, discount, and credit policies.
  • Enforce trade policies, merchandising standards, and route discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
