Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Course Developer specializing in Culinary Arts to design, develop, and enhance culinary training programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with instructors and industry experts to create innovative, up-to-date courses that reflect current culinary trends and best practices. This role requires creativity, strong knowledge of culinary techniques, and instructional design skills.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive culinary course content, including lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
  • Collaborate with chefs, instructors, and industry partners to ensure course relevance and quality
  • Update and revise curriculum regularly to incorporate the latest trends, techniques, and industry standards
  • Ensure all course materials meet educational standards and student learning objectives
  • Support instructors by providing training resources and guidance on course delivery
  • Conduct research on culinary innovations and integrate findings into course development

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field
  • Proven experience in culinary education, course development, or instructional design
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient with educational technology and course development software
