ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in operations management.
- With at least 1 year of experience in claims and arbitration, preferably in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Keen to details can manage large volumes of data.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain claims validation and arbitration investigation.
- Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain composure in high-pressure and urgent situations, making wise decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to handle complex claims cases.
- Possess a teamwork spirit, contributing to overall service excellence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for handling claims arising from courier services, including but not limited to goods loss, delays, and damages.
- Review claim documents and evidence provided by customers or platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and manage claims files, ensuring they are achieved and stored according to company standards.
- Track and follow up on the progress of claims processing to the regional claims.
- Compute the delays using the platform of the SLA.
- Make fair, reasonable, and enforceable arbitration decisions by the company's claims policy and relevant regulations.
- Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, inclusive of lunch break (1 hour) and coffee breaks (15 minutes); reporting during weekends and holidays\
- Fieldwork and branch visits.
- Operate a computer by entering data and preparing reports.
- Communicate with other departments, through JMS and clients to exchange information and prevent delays.
