You will join our small, yet dynamic, international Revenue Operations team within the Sales organization. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for the future success of the team. Our Revenue Operations team collaborates closely with Sales, Revenue Accounting, and Legal partners to assist our Sales team to drive deals that benefit both our client and our customers.

We are the experts on internal processes and requirements, providing valuable advice to the sales team on their deals from both process and technology angles. It is our duty to communicate effectively and educate our partners on these processes as well as the specific deals we handle. We are passionate about continuous process improvement to support our clients in their journey of growth, scalability, and success.

The main responsibilities of a Sales Support Analyst include:

● Enable and support Sales teams on CPQ workflows

● Work with business users, test users, and Technology delivery team members on resolving issues

● Educate the Sales team about our existing Sales processes and reinforce existing Enablement

● Build strong relationships with our partner teams. You will be their trusted partner in identifying where their help is needed in a deal

● Generate and adjust order forms in complex deals

● Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and administrative support in the Salesforce environment

● Optimize Salesforce while working with the business systems team to identify architectural improvements, especially focused on the Quoting and Order Management process

● Introduce elegant, simple (yet powerful) processes that make everyone's life a little bit easier

● Document current state processes and find opportunities for improvement

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

● 3 years minimum; 5+years preferred of high volume B2B collections experience in public software or SaaS company preferred

● Working knowledge of Netsuite, Zuora, and Salesforce CPQ is a plus

● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and common goals

● Proven verbal and written communication skills with all levels of internal and external customers

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

● Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)

● 2x2 & Half body picture with white background

● Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).

● Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)

● Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
