We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing: Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCompliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulationsRecord Management: Maintain detailed payroll records and documentationBenefits Administration: Manage employee benefits deductions and enrollmentsReconciliation: Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepanciesReporting: Prepare payroll reports and tax filingsEmployee Support: Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptlySystem Management: Utilize payroll software systems and maintain data integrityAny additional related task advise by ManagerRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field5+ years of payroll processing experienceProficiency with payroll software systemsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailKnowledge of payroll tax regulationsAbility to maintain confidentialityPreferred QualificationsPayroll certification (CPP, ACP)Experience with multi-state payrollKnowledge of HR information systemsJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
