Job Description
Responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This role ensures a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers and helps build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking and update recruitment reports.
- Post job openings on various platforms and social media.
- Assist in job fairs, career events, and employer branding activities.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments as needed.
- Support onboarding processes and document preparation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals/social media recruitment.
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to be assigned in San Juan
