Job Description

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This role ensures a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers and helps build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and update recruitment reports.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and social media.
  • Assist in job fairs, career events, and employer branding activities.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments as needed.
  • Support onboarding processes and document preparation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals/social media recruitment.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to be assigned in San Juan
