About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Operations Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys turning numbers into insights that drive business performance. You will be responsible for generating daily reports, preparing business review presentations, and supporting automation initiatives to streamline operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and publish daily operational reports for key business metrics.
  • Prepare business review decks (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support data-driven initiatives such as forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis projects.
  • Identify and assist in implementing automation solutions to optimize reporting and workflows.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from management.
  • Continuously improve existing reporting processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VBA/macros preferred) and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
