Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you'll design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data pipelines that support renewable energy operations. You'll ensure data accuracy, provide insightful analyses, and translate complex findings into actionable insights that drive smarter, cleaner energy solutions.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years' experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools
• Strong confidence in technical communication
• Practical experience in automation and maintenance of data pipelines, with Airflow knowledge preferred
• Excellent attention to detail in data validation, especially for client-facing outputs
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and resolve discrepancies independently
• Comfortable with manual data processing where automation is not yet in place
• Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and deliver meaningful insights

Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate technical findings as clear business insights through data storytelling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Effective time management and proactive communication of risks to meet deadlines
• Fast learner with a curious mindset and keen attention to detail
• Ability to balance precision with efficiency, ensuring accuracy without over-engineering
• Basic understanding of photovoltaic and battery concepts

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in Tableau and SQL to support decision-making.
• Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure (ideally with Airflow).
• Manage data quality and verification across Tableau and Joomla, ensuring accurate mapping and reliable reporting.
• Analyze photovoltaic and battery market data, identifying trends and producing insightful commentary.
• Implement monthly operational tasks, initiate automation processes, and handle data transcription.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper to ensure all dashboards, datasets, and reports are flawless and client-ready.
