What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Handle a variety of customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and chat conversations
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our customer service operations

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficient in using customer service software and technology
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  5. Relevant experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
