Gray House Project Company is hiring a detail-oriented Draftsman to produce construction documents for commercial projects.

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Position: Draftsman

Location: Manila

Experience Required: 4+ years in producing commercial construction drawings (retail, office, etc.).

Key Skills: High-speed, accuracy, proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, strong understanding of commercial construction details, and coordination ability.

Focus: Translating architectural designs into detailed, buildable drawing sets.

Compensation & Benefits: TBD and available
