As the E-commerce Associate, you will assist the Digital Operations Team and oversee the full lifecycle of our digital commerce operations, including our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website and major marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses data to turn insights into results.

You will be responsible for optimizing customer experience, growing traffic, improving conversion, and increasing sales across all digital platforms. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role requires a precise thinker that is data-driven with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and execution.

E-commerce Strategy & Operations

  • Assists in the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (DTC site, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
  • Plan and execute promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns tailored to each platform
  • Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, categorization, and visual merchandising

Performance Marketing & Optimization

  • Analyze performance data across platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Use insights to improve conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and grow average order value
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on paid traffic strategies (e.g., Shopee Ads, Google Shopping, social media)
  • Implement A/B testing strategies on website and marketplaces to continuously optimize user experience

Customer Data Analysis

  • Collect and analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and feedback across platforms
  • Use customer data to inform product assortment, marketing strategies, and personalized promotions
  • Develop insights on customer lifetime value, retention trends, and segmentation for targeted growth initiatives

Platform Growth & Partnership Management

  • Assists in managing relationships with Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok category managers and platform reps to maximize exposure and opportunities
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of competitors
  • Identify and propose new digital commerce opportunities, partnerships, or platforms to support long-term growth
