About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter who can speak Japanese to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and secure the best talent for our organization. Your ability to communicate in Japanese will be vital in engaging candidates, stakeholders, and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various platforms and networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct interviews in both English and Japanese when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
