Job Summary

The Construction Project Manager is responsible in managing construction projects from preparation through completion and handover. The role supports project execution to ensure works comply with approved drawings, technical standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and project schedules, with focus on electromechanical, low-voltage, and fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities
Project Preparation
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents; assist in design coordination and constructability reviews.
  • Support verification of site readiness, contractor qualifications, construction plans, and safety management systems.
  • Assist in reviewing construction schedules and resource plans.
Project Execution
  • Assist in daily site supervision to monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Support inspections of key works and concealed works prior to covering.
  • Check incoming materials and equipment against approved specifications and documentation.
  • Monitor safety practices on site and report hazards or non-conformities.
  • Track project progress, prepare basic reports, and escalate delays or risks to senior management.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Completion & Handover
  • Assist in testing, commissioning, and pre-completion inspections.
  • Help review as-built drawings and project completion documents.
  • Support project acceptance, handover, and warranty coordination.
Level Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of construction, site coordination, or project support experience.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on site and learn under the guidance of senior project managers.
