Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement credit and collection policies and procedures.
  • Conduct field investigation to attain credible information about applicant's data, personal background check, source of income details and credit history.
  • Conduct actual visit to client's addresses for the purpose of updating client's past due account.
  • Analyze the risk involved, makes recommendation and submit credit investigation and collection report.
  • Ensure all credit and collection activities complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensures all reports, client/third party interactions, agreements and findings are documented accurately and completely.
  • Implement effective reminder and negotiation procedure in order to collect the past due account.
  • Skip tracing for uncontactable client and get information in order to reach client.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationship with clients to foster goodwill and facilitate timely collections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
  • Experience in financial industry for at least 1 year with function related to field credit verification, field collection, skip-tracing, information validation, lawful debt recovery method, and handling customer complaints.
  • Candidates must be willing to render fieldwork at Paranaque.
  • Willing to work on Shifting Schedules, and on Holidays/Weekends.
  • Must have own motorcycle.
