Job Responsibilities

  • Manage several Singapore (SG) clients' end-to-end accounting; deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly closing with review-ready management accounts
  • Prepare SG FRS FS + Audit support
  • File GST F5/F7; maintain IRAS compliant
  • Run payroll in JustLogin/Infotech and IR8A/IR21
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents or other professional parties
  • Perform administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore or has handled Singapore-based clients before (applicants without this requirement will NOT BE SUITABLE)
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Bookkeeping and GST under SG regulation
  • Proficient in MYOB/QuickBooks/Xero
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well with colleagues and clients across jurisdictions
  • Able to communicate effectively in English

Nice-to-have:

  • With experience in payroll, GST, JustLogin, Info-tech, audit support, handling Japanese clients
