Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for a healthcare account, providing excellent customer service to members or healthcare providers

-Answer questions related to insurance coverage, claims status, benefits, billing, authorizations, and medical services

-Accurately document call details, actions taken, and customer interactions in the system

-Follow standardized procedures and guidelines in managing different types of calls or concerns

-Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary

-Stay updated with account policies, product knowledge, and compliance requirements

Educational Requirement:

-With Experience: At least K12 Graduate or 2nd year completed in college

-Without Experience: Must be a College Graduate

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

-Preferably with at least 1 year of call center experience

-Minimum of 3 to 6 months BPO experience required

-Healthcare background is highly preferred

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends

-Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail

-Able to work under pressure and meet performance metrics
