The Project Development Manager leads the planning and execution of real estate projects from site evaluation to turnover. The role involves feasibility analysis, financial planning, design coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Site and Project Evaluation

  • Conduct market studies and feasibility assessments
  • Recommend project positioning and development mix based on market needs

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare development budgets and financial models (including ROI, IRR, NPV)
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend adjustments to ensure targets are met

Design and Master Planning

  • Coordinate with planners, architects, and consultants to integrate residential, retail, and commercial components
  • Ensure project design aligns with concept, budget, and regulatory guidelines

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Construction, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Track project milestones, address issues, and ensure timely delivery

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Present project updates and financials to management
  • Coordinate with external partners and consultants as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development
  • Strong background in financial and project feasibility analysis
  • Experience handling residential, commercial, and retail development components
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and planning skills
  • Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes
