Duties and responsibilities:

● Installs, maintains and repairs printers and multi-function printers per service level agreement and performance standards set.

● Acquires continuing technical competency of various printer models to be able to confidently support product demo and solve technical problems.

● Demonstrates professionalism, technical competency and reliable assessment and recommendation in attending to clients' current/future needs, complaints and queries.

● Fixes printers, copier, and multifunction machines of clients

● Escalates problems per proper protocols set.

● Prepares repairs/estimates report daily of customer's machines.

● Collects check payments and issues official receipts from/to Clients
