We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Sports Coordinator to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests and members in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage phone calls, inquiries, and reservations.
  • Handle front desk operations such as logging attendance, scheduling, and payments.
  • Provide basic information about clubhouse facilities, services, and events.
  • Assist the Assistant Operations Manager with administrative and clubhouse support tasks.
  • Ensure the reception and clubhouse lobby are clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years old; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn, be trained, and assist in other tasks as needed.
  • Customer service-oriented, organized, and dependable.
