Attend pre-bid meeting/conferences and site visits. Prepare a detailed site assessment report with required site-adapt measurements.

· Read the RFP, drawings, specifications, and SOW and develop the gist, action plan and scope summary

· Prepare proposal queries and get it clarified from the Client

· Identify the subcontractors / suppliers' requirements and obtain quotes from relevant suppliers and subcontractors

· Coordinate with designers, schedulers, specialist consultants/ subcontractors and other technical matter experts and prepare the proposals.

· Develop the cost estimates (using CCS) of the Projects including the below activities.

o Quantity take off and BOQ preparation as per CSI format. Plan swift knowledge is important.

o Develop full list of subcontractors (full package), trade wise subcontractors and suppliers for inhouse estimate to be prepared.

o Sending RFQs, amendments, TQs and BOQ to the subcontractors and suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes.

o Make sure the queries raised by the subcontractors and suppliers are answered

o Develop the checklist.

o Review the inhouse estimate and make sure aligned with the SOW and technical proposal.

o Follow Up with the subcontractors and suppliers for on time pricing.

· Assist in post award procurement with techno-commercial evaluation.

· Develop the detailed budget with detailed list of materials, equipment, accessories and labor breakdown.

Monitor the site progress and labor productivity.

· Monitor the site material usage and equipment usage.

· Control the procurement request.

· Develop weekly and monthly cost monitoring report and control the cost.

· Prepare the Earned Value analysis and provide management reporting.

· Familiar with FAR, DFAR and other US DOD standard conditions of contract

· Strong knowledge in developing the cost claims and negotiating with the Client is must.

· Working experience with US Government contracts is mandatory.
