Job description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in filling up portions of PhilHealth forms such as amounts for room and board, drugs and medicines, x-ray/laboratory tests and others.
- Assists members in answering queries and questions and in reviewing PHIC forms.
- Computes the amount of refund based on PhilHealth notices.
- Files patient's collection of vouchers from PHIC and account ledge
SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- Educational Attainment: Graduate of Business Course with good scholastic record, had at least one year experience in the same position.
- Skills: Computer literate, ability to work under pressure and work independently.
- Traits: Good communication skills, discreetness and trustworthiness. Aptitude for numbers and has a pleasant personality
