As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding colleagues who share a passion for innovation and flawless execution. 
 
What You'll Do 

• Define product strategy for the Complete integration GBT has embarked on with SAP Concur.
• Lead the delivery and lifecycle of technology, from design to marketing, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs 
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive and client landscape 
• Partner with business unit customers, IT technology and support staff, Security & Risk management, external clients and vendors to define and maintain the overall product portfolio  
• Project manage the development of products, business centric SLAs and support client needs 
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and vendor teams to groom product needs into technical requirements, lead development and deliver product 
• Create and maintain comprehensive product and process documentation  
• Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, vendors, and operational support teams to ensure products receive excellent support as needed, to resolve product lead issues  
• Define and supervise performance metrics for products 

 
What We're Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience will be considered  
• MBA a plus 
• 5 years+ travel technology product management delivering global product offerings 
• Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management and project management 
• Familiarity with technical architecture of scalable systems 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Understanding of both automated and manual testing techniques 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambitious environment 
• Strong understanding of the travel distribution systems (GDS, Amadeus, Travel port) 
• Familiarity with travel management systems (Insert specific requirements) travel e-commerce, OLTA, OBT, and non GDS API's
