You Will Be Responsible For The Following
Define & Uphold Product Vision

  • Conduct market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap based on user feedback, market demands, and business goals.
  • Take part in translating strategic goals into detailed, actionable plans that drive financial inclusion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor products to proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations that can better cater to tourists.

Develop and Deliver Projects

  • Work closely with tech teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks following Agile principles..
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Forecast for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts and their experience and manage its delivery.

Track Product Performance and Define Opportunities for Improvement

  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the travel industry and mobile app development.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and propose new features or improvements to enhance the app's value proposition.
  • Implement a process of continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance data.

We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an Agile development team.
  • Proficient in Google, MS Office, and project management (JIRA) applications
  • Proven track record of launching and managing payment products, particularly within the FinTech or payments industry
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Product owner certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification) are a plus.
