What You'll Do:
As an Inside Sales at Stefanini, you'll be the tip of the spear in our customer acquisition strategy. You'll play a pivotal role at the top of the sales funnel, serving as the first point of contact with potential clients and introducing them to the transformative power of Stefanini's solutions.
Your contributions will fuel our sales pipeline and play an essential role in driving Stefanini's growth in a competitive global market. Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect with key decision-makers across a variety of industries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
- Pipeline Building: Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and set up introductory meetings for our Business Unit Leaders (BULs).
- Personalized Engagement: Craft tailored email campaigns using HubSpot, conduct strategic outbound calls, and leverage social media to engage prospects meaningfully.
- Driving Conversations: Introduce prospects to Stefanini's cutting-edge technology and digital solutions, uncover their challenges, and spark interest in how we can help them succeed.
- Collaboration: Partner with our Business Development and Marketing teams to refine messaging, sharpen targeting, and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

What Success Looks Like:
- High daily activity levels - logging outbound calls, personalized emails, social touches, and booked meetings in Salesforce.
- Generating a steady stream of qualified leads that convert into meaningful conversations and partnerships.
- Delivering timely and relevant follow-ups based on prospect engagement insights.
- Becoming a brand ambassador who leaves a lasting positive impression of Stefanini with each interaction.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a lead generation, sales development, or similar role.
- Go-Getter Attitude: You're self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Strong Communicator: You excel at crafting persuasive emails, conducting engaging conversations, and building rapport with prospects.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a big plus.
- Detail-Oriented: You're organized, consistent, and able to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities.
- Curious & Collaborative: You're eager to learn, open to feedback, and enjoy working as part of a team.
