The role As a Social Media Content Associate, you'll be at the heart of our content engine — working closely with our in-house designers, motion graphics team, and external UGC creators or agencies to turn marketing ideas into scroll-stopping creative assets. Whether it's a TikTok that drives clicks, a UGC testimonial that builds trust, or a creative brief that inspires our designers — you'll be shaping content that moves our audience and drives performance You'll be based in the Philippines but work closely with our US market team, bridging local execution with global impact
Note: In this role, you'll need to work with US timezone to drive outcomes for the US market. Your Adventure Ahead Execute and collaborate with UGC creators and agencies to create high-quality content tailored to the US market. Spot trends in content creatives and generate engaging content briefs for output creation. Develop clear creative briefs for internal designers and motion graphics specialists that aligns with campaign goals. Own the creative content pipeline, ensuring timely handover of assets to the Online Marketing team for ad deployment. Ensure brand alignment across all content while staying flexible enough to experiment with new ideas. Work cross-functionally with global marketing, growth, and creative teams to keep campaigns on-brand and on-track. Essentials to Succeed 2 - 5 years of experience in a content, marketing, or creative role, ideally from brand side (e-commerce/digital b2c apps) In tune with social media content trends — especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Experience working with UGC creators or managing external content agencies is a huge plus. Great communication and briefing skills — you know how to inspire creatives and drive clarity. Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple fast-moving campaigns and deadlines. A passion for storytelling, commerce, and creative that performs. Passion for Online Shopping: Ideally someone who loves finding the best deals AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
