BASIC FUNCTION:
The Digital Marketing Officer supports the organization's digital initiatives by developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and drive participation in digital programs.
This role is responsible for managing digital platforms and customer engagement systems, coordinating with partners to expand program value, and ensuring excellent user and dealer experience. The officer also supports digital marketing campaigns, monitors analytics, and contributes to data-driven improvements across online and mobile channels.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Supervisor, and external partners, the Digital Marketing Officer ensures seamless execution of initiatives that align with national marketing goals while continuously enhancing engagement, retention, and performance metrics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the company's digital loyalty and rewards platform, ensuring efficient operations and positive user experience.
· Coordinate with internal teams and partners to enhance platform functionality, engagement, and overall performance.
· Plan and implement digital campaigns and tactical promotions to drive awareness, usage, and retention.
· Build and maintain partnerships with merchants and third-party collaborators to expand program offerings.
· Monitor program data, analyze user trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards across all digital assets.
· Provide customer support, training, and communication materials to assist dealers and users.
· Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Digital Marketing Supervisor.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or any related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or mobile app marketing are an advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, customer engagement, or loyalty program management.– ideally in the agriculture or automotive industries.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets and familiar with basic marketing tools; design software experience is a plus.
