We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable
CRM Specialist
to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and revolutionize our automated workflows across marketing, sales, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Administration:
Serve as the primary administrator and expert for our entire HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub). - Data Model Design & Optimization:
Design, build, and optimize the core HubSpot data model
(objects, properties, associations) to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and reporting efficiency. - Workflow Automation:
Design, build, test, and maintain complex automated workflows for lead nurturing, sales follow-up, customer onboarding, and data enrichment/cleanliness. - Integration & Data Integrity:
Ensure seamless and accurate data flow between HubSpot and other business critical systems (e.g., ERP, internal databases) using native integrations or custom APIs. - Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline, campaign performance, and customer retention. - User Training & Support:
Create documentation and provide training to marketing, sales, and customer service teams on best practices for using HubSpot tools and following established processes. - Strategy & Optimization:
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new HubSpot features and optimization techniques to improve efficiency, personalization, and customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a CRM Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant.
- Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot
is
mandatory
, including deep proficiency in: - Data Model Design
(Custom Properties, Objects, and Associations). - Workflow Automation
(Branching logic, delays, webhooks, multi-step sequences). - List Segmentation and Reporting.
- Forms, CTAs, and Landing Pages.
- Proven track record
of successfully designing and implementing complex, cross-functional automated workflows. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly Favourable Skills:
- Working knowledge of or Python
for scripting, developing custom webhooks, or building robust HubSpot API integrations. - HubSpot Certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, RevOps).
- Experience with API integrations and tools like Zapier or comparable iPaaS solutions.
- Experience working with a sales team to optimize deal pipeline and reporting.
