Meet the Team:

The Dexcom Information Security organization protects Dexcom's patients, employees, and data across a rapidly expanding global footprint. We design, build, and operate security programs that safeguard Dexcom's enterprise, manufacturing, and product ecosystems while enabling the business to innovate safely.

As part of this mission, Dexcom is establishing a senior leadership role in Manila to lead and mature the local Information Security teams across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), Security Engineering, and Product Security. The Senior Manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships across Dexcom's business and technical teams, fostering local talent, and ensuring alignment to global information security strategy, standards, and priorities.

Where You Come In:

  • Lead Dexcom's Information Security operations in Manila across multiple domains including GRC, Security Operations, Security Engineering, and Product Security.
  • Manage a group of domain managers and team leads, ensuring cohesive delivery, accountability, and professional development.
  • Implement global InfoSec strategies locally, ensuring Manila's execution aligns with Dexcom's enterprise objectives.
  • Develop and mature local programs for incident response, vulnerability management, governance, and security engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with global peers in the US, India, and EMEA to execute Dexcom's multi-year InfoSec roadmap.
  • Drive alignment to regulatory and framework requirements including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR.
  • Oversee and report on security KPIs, ensuring visibility into performance, efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • Represent Manila InfoSec leadership in executive briefings and global security meetings.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships across IT, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation in the security domain.

What Makes You Successful:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security; 5+ years of management experience leading multi-domain or multi-functional teams.
  • Proven success leading global or regional cybersecurity teams, ideally within enterprise or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in several of the following domains: Security Operations, Security Engineering, Product Security, and GRC.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA).
  • Ability to balance strategic direction with operational execution in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills; ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience collaborating with remote, global stakeholders and managing multi-time-zone delivery.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP.
