Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist guests with ordering.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and serve food and beverages in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Monitor tables, refill drinks, clear plates, and anticipate customer needs.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Ensure table cleanliness and compliance with health protocols.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including side work and station upkeep.
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School graduate; hospitality training is a plus.
  • At least 6 months of experience in food service or a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Friendly, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays).

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
