  • Assists the operations head in the implementation of company policies and coordinate with the company officers. Report any violations of such.
  • Provides daily security advisories to the operations officers and security head
  • Assists the investigator in gathering evidence and witnesses in the event of unusual incident
  • Liaises with LGU and PNP unit in case of fire, disorder and burglary
  • Conducts site inspection to ensure security and safety of the entire premises
  • Conducts audit to ensure the operational preparedness of the respective plantilla
  • Responsible for the discipline and work performance of all security guards posted in AOR. Initiates evaluation and issues disciplinary action for any misdemeanor
  • Inform the operations officer, PE/SE for any incident/accident that occurs in AOR involving security and safety in.
  • Conducts initial investigation, prepares and submits reports for such.
  • Maintains and submits weekly activity report, weekly activity plan and incident report (spot, progress and final report)
  • Performs other tasks that the company officers may direct

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or equivalent courses;
  • Relevant working experience specializing in security services is REQUIRED;
  • Knowledge in developing and enforcing security rules and policies;
  • Can handle monitoring and supervision of sites' security guards and operations;
  • Accepts on-call duties to respond to security incidents on sites;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office or Google Sheet;
  • With driver's license and knows how to drive motorcycle

Work Arrangement

  • Willing to conduct daily site visitation in any of our project locations in Laguna and Rizal
  • 6-days work week
