The Turnover Architect is responsible for preparing turnover reports and documents, monitoring and validating all units of the projects, and client and department engagement for turning over units.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares all related periodic reports to monitor the progress of work;
  • Attends coordination meetings as necessary to ensure the smooth transition of work;
  • Qualify/ Punch listing of Physical Unit status from Construction team for Acceptance of endorsed by Construction Management and/or Warranty Division
  • Surveys and validates on-going and completed units/parking slots prior to its delivery/turnover to our clients;
  • Make sure that units are complete prior to Turnover including preparation of Service Request, PR, RFP, Turnover documents and the like
  • Prepares and oversees the units for turnover to our clients;
  • Coordinates with clients before, during, and after turnover, with designated responsibilities
  • Keeps a complete record of all pertinent document, and disseminates copies for the reference of all concerned;
  • Coordinates with Credit & Collection, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Management, and PMO for Cancellation/ Eviction and Repossession of Developer Units
  • Coordinate with all concerned departments for a smooth transition of Services by the TURNOVER DEPARTMENT (both External and Internal Customer Service)
  • Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Designer
  • With at least 1-2 years relevant customer service experience, preferably in the real estate development industry;
  • License is a plus but not required
  • Customer service-oriented and mature in outlook;
  • Organized, keen on details and works well under pressure;
  • Personable, with excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Can handle various projects
  • Computer proficient.
