Job Overview Avaloq is hiring a Graduate Product/UX Designer to join its forward‑thinking design team in Makati, Philippines The role focuses on creating intuitive, inclusive digital banking experiences for private banks, wealth managers, and retail banks worldwide. Responsibilities Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets for web and mobile platforms. Solve & Simplify: Tackle complex challenges by crafting user‑focused, intuitive solutions. Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, participate in sprints, and grow under experienced mentors. Research & Refine: Contribute to user research and testing, and iterate based on insights, feedback, and trends. Qualifications Strong Foundation: A degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, CS, or a related field, plus a portfolio that reflects user‑centered thinking. Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, grow, and push UX boundaries with curiosity and initiative. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, openness to diverse perspectives, and ability to work well in cross‑functional teams. Design Skills: A sharp eye for detail, user advocacy, and basic knowledge of tools like Figma.
