What we’re looking for We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer, with sufficient knowledge of creating digital images and textual animations. He or she is responsible for designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to Social Media/Website specifications. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in creating design materials for OOH and brand activations that stay within budget limits. Support cost‑saving measures by suggesting practical design solutions during production. Follow established brand guidelines to ensure consistent visuals across OOH and activation designs. Incorporate feedback from senior designers and on‑ground teams to improve designs. Support multiple design projects by preparing files and artwork under supervision. Prepare print‑ready files according to specifications and double‑check for accuracy. Maintain organized digital folders and asset libraries for easy team access. Keep up‑to‑date with basic software tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and learn new design trends. Assist in reviewing proofs and samples to catch errors before production. Actively seek opportunities to improve design skills through training, workshops, and mentorship from senior creatives. Participate in regular design reviews and critiques to build confidence and develop professional judgment. Educational Background and Competencies Needed Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts (with strong creative portfolio) or related field. At least 2 years of hands‑on experience: OOH advertising design, Brand activation campaigns, Experiential marketing visuals and Print and digital media design for large formats. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp etc); ability to prepare clean, production‑ready files. Understanding of OOH format specifications (e.g., resolution, bleed, scaling, color modes). Accurate documentation of design specs, file naming conventions, and version control. #J-18808-Ljbffr
