Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares in-house civil / structural plans, design analysis and calculations for structures.
  • Prepares construction specifications for horizontal and vertical development.
  • Reviews civil / structural plans for outsource design.
  • Prepares cost estimates, proposal bid breakdowns, and quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and architectural works based on the current cost of materials and equipment to ensure that the budgetary cost is within the current market price.
  • Evaluates the bid proposal and change order for civil / structural, and architectural works.
  • Conducts inspection at worksite by examining the quality or work made by third party contractors to ensure that the contractors meet Greenfield Development Corporation's standard quality of work.
  • Evaluates proposals of bid participants by checking and scrutinizing proposals to ensure that the quality of works proposed are within Greenfield Development Corporation's best interest.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Has at least three (3) years of experience in civil / structural engineering, ideally within a developer, cost consultancy, or general contractor environment.
  • Has knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Structural Analysis and Deign, Computer Aided Design and Drafting.
