  • Checks the efficiency of branch equipment such as computer, sterilizer, osterizer, etc.
  • Coordinates the concerns or requisitions of the branch employees with the concerned departments in the head office such as leaves, overtimes, coop loans, supplies, etc.
  • Filing of memos and routing to concerned departments.
  • Monitoring of pending job orders of maintenance staff.
  • Ensure that branch requirements such as office supplies, towels, linens, etc. are enough to support the day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Replenishment of stocks
  • Conduct retail and key inventory with the Branch Head.
  • Submit retail inventory on a weekly basis and key inventory every 15th of the month
  • Do bank transaction (cash deposit)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
