The MIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving the organization's Management Information Systems to ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and network stability. The role involves providing technical support, conducting system analysis, and preparing management reports to support business decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Generate and analyze reports on system and business performance.
  • Ensure stable operation of network, internet, and transactional systems.
  • Conduct user training and assist with hardware or software issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades and testing.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or enhanced applications.
  • Implement and monitor system security and data protection measures.
  • Develop and update process manuals and system documentation.
  • Recommend software and hardware improvements to increase productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic system administration.
  • Knowledge in network management, database handling, or information security is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
