Customer Service Representative (CSR) Overview

A CSR serves as the frontline liaison between a company and its customers, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Process orders, returns, and billing concerns accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product/service information and guide customers through usage or troubleshooting.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., billing, technical support, logistics) to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills:

  • Communication: Clear, empathetic, and professional verbal and written skills.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to think quickly and offer effective solutions.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, and basic office tools.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and composure.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred.
  • Amenable to work onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
