Job Summary

The Project Coordinator supports telecom project execution by ensuring timely coordination of activities, accurate documentation, and efficient billing preparation. This role works closely with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and clients to track project progress, manage reports, and prepare billing-related requirements in compliance with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities for telecom projects (e.g., rollout, installation, maintenance, or upgrades).
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; follow up with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Prepare, review, and consolidate billing documents, including billing summaries, service acceptance reports, completion certificates, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure billing data aligns with approved work orders, contracts, and scope of work.
  • Track billable accomplishments and coordinate with finance and billing teams for timely invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and databases.
  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and documentation issues.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project and billing status updates.
  • Support compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Philippine telecom regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the telecom industry.
  • Strong background in billing preparation, documentation, and coordination with finance teams.
  • Familiarity with telecom project workflows (site rollout, fiber, wireless, or network projects is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling billing for major telecom operators in the Philippines.
  • Knowledge of contract terms, milestones, and billing cycles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting or invoicing processes.
