JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking highly skilled Finance and Accounting professionals with strong expertise across various functions such as Cash Applications, Billing, Credit & Collections, General Ledger, and Revenue Accounting. The ideal candidates will have solid experience working in high-volume environments and supporting US or multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Applications & Dispute Management
  • Process and apply cash and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage disputes, perform research, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Prepare, review, and issue invoices in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage large volumes of billing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Credit & Collections
  • Conduct payment collections, follow-ups, and delinquency management.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and escalate issues as needed.
  • Perform reconciliation and apply strong analytical skills in resolving account discrepancies.
  • General Ledger & Accounting
  • Prepare journal entries, perform month-end closing activities, and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
  • Revenue Accounting / Recognition
  • Review journal entries and reconciliations related to revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, deferred revenue rules, SOX controls, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct flux analyses and coordinate with auditors when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accountancy, Finance, or a related business course
    (CPA preferred for General Ledger and Revenue roles).
  • College undergraduates with relevant accounting knowledge/experience may be considered for Billing positions.
  • 3–5 years' experience
    in at least one of the following areas:
  • Cash Applications / Payment Applications / Dispute Management
  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Credit & Collections
  • General Ledger / General Accounting
  • Revenue Accounting / Revenue Recognition
  • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
  • Experience handling
    large-volume transactions
    .
  • Prior experience working with
    US or multinational clients
    , highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    (VLOOKUPs, Macros, etc.); knowledge of
    Ariba, Coupa, Corrigo, Citrix, PowerBI, JDEdwards, CoStar, and/or Soft4
    is an advantage.
  • Experience in Audit firms (PwC, EY, KPMG, etc.) is a plus for Revenue Accounting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Can start immediately.
