Guest Service:

  • Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and deliver items promptly and professionally.

Menu Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and potential beverage pairings to answer guest questions and make recommendations.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly, coordinating efficiently with back-of-house staff.

Ambiance & Presentation:

  • Help maintain a clean, professional, and inviting dining environment for guests.

Operational Duties:

  • Perform duties such as preparing server stations, setting tables, and assisting with event setup and cleanup.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with other servers and support staff to ensure smooth operations and a high-level guest experience.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff.
  • A neat appearance, pleasing personality, and a polite, friendly demeanor.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and tables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable of liquor drinks.
  • Sensitivity and discretion regarding any personal information shared by guests.
  • Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including nights and weekends.
